Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Actimise Batch and DevOps specialist to support enterprise AML applications in a Mount Laurel, NJ environment. You will manage batch processing, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize workflows across on‑premises and Azure-hosted Actimise components.

Responsibilities include CI/CD integration, scheduling tool administration, and automation using scripting and IaC. Strong SQL and cloud familiarity are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting NICE Actimise applications (AIS, ActOne, CTR, Transaction Monitoring) or AML solutions.
• Understanding Actimise architecture, batch processing, execution plans, workflows, and service integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting Actimise applications in production environments.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and IaC approaches.
• Hands-on Azure cloud experience including AKS, Storage, Key Vault.

Responsibilities

• Batch Operations & Scheduling: monitor end-to-end Actimise batch processing activities.
• Data ingestion, AIS processing, CTR generation, regulatory reporting jobs.
• Manage and troubleshoot scheduling tools: Control-M, Autosys, TWS, Airflow.
• Analyze failed jobs, dependencies, workflows, and SLA breaches; remediation actions.
• Support batch performance optimization, workload balancing, capacity planning.
• Manage deployment readiness for monthly/quarterly cycles.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Deploy Actimise components across Development to Production environments.
• Support Azure-hosted Actimise environments including AKS and Key Vault.
• Automate operations using scripting and IaC tools; maintain runbooks and docs.
