Syra Health is seeking an ACT Registered Nurse in Petersburg, VA to deliver comprehensive psychiatric and medical nursing care within a multidisciplinary team. You will manage a dedicated caseload, perform injections and phlebotomy, and coordinate with a psychiatrist/PMHNP to administer medications.

You'll assess patients, educate on symptoms, and ensure documentation meets Medicaid and regulatory standards while supporting community-based treatment and rehabilitation services for adults with

Qualificações

• ASN required with BSN preferred; RN license Virginia issued.
• CPR/First Aid certification required; valid VA driver's license.
• 1 year of clinical experience with adults who have mental illness; 1-3 years in community MH preferred.
• Proficient in using electronic health records and coordinating with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychiatric and medical nursing care as primary clinician for ACT caseload.
• Perform injections, phlebotomy, assessments, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists/PMHNP to manage treatment plans.
• Document client progress and ensure Medicaid/Medicare compliance.
• Coordinate with teams to schedule labs, visits, and community referrals.
