Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be a North Carolina Certified Peer Support Specialist.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to support individuals in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring, coaching, and advocacy to clients in community settings.
• Support individuals on their recovery journey using lived experience.
• Travel daily throughout the service area and participate in rotational crisis response.
• Collaborate with ACT team and other professionals to promote recovery and independence.
