La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is a FQHC serving Southern New Mexico. The ACT Lead RN will provide programmatic support, staff oversight, and medication assistance to adult mental health patients, ensuring compliance and quality care across treatments.

Availability to cover when leadership is unavailable is essential. Candidates should hold NM RN licensure, a Bachelor's or an Associate's with substantial behavioral health supervision, and strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Competenze

• Current New Mexico RN License.
• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of full-time behavioral health work experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• Or Associate's degree and at least six years of full-time behavioral health work experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.

Mansioni

Job Summary

The ACT Lead RN provides programmatic support and oversight which includes staff assignments, file compliance, staff support, and medication support. Responsible for ensuring the effective provision of services and for the administrative supervision of the team. Provides services to adult mental health patients. Assists in developing, evaluating, and coordinating treatment plans and recovery services. Will be available to provide support when the ACT TEAM LEAD or DIRECTOR is not available.
