Job summary

The Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Quality Analyst to join the Public Mental Health Partnership (PMHP). This role supports ACT and FACT programs across California, focusing on fidelity reviews, data analysis, and quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery for individuals with serious mental illness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, public health, counseling or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Experience with program reviews, quality improvement activities, or evaluations is desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fidelity reviews of ACT and FACT programs through interviews, observations, record reviews, and data analysis.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to determine fidelity ratings and identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports outlining findings, recommendations, and implementation needs.
• Provide guidance to behavioral health teams to strengthen service delivery and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with training, TA, and QA teams to support statewide initiatives.
• Assist in development and delivery of training related to ACT/FACT practices and fidelity standards.
