Job summary

The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Semel Institute is hiring a Behavioral Health Quality Analyst to join the Public Mental Health Partnership (PMHP). The role focuses on fidelity reviews, data analysis, and quality improvement across ACT and FACT programs.

Work will involve collaboration with statewide teams, preparation of reports, and providing consultation to improve service delivery. Occasional travel throughout California is required, with primary focus in the Central Valley

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, public health, counseling or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in community-based behavioral health or related healthcare settings.
• Experience conducting program reviews, quality improvement, audits, or evaluations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout California.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fidelity reviews of ACT and FACT programs through interviews, observations, and data analysis.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to determine fidelity ratings and identify quality improvements.
• Prepare written reports outlining findings, recommendations, and implementation needs.
• Provide consultation to behavioral health teams to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with training and QA teams to support statewide initiatives.
• Assist with development and delivery of training related to ACT/FACT practices.
