- Score and provide feedback on writing samples using established rubrics.

- Participate in scorer training and calibration sessions.
- Analyze assessment data to support ongoing improvement and identify areas for test refinement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience with writing assessments or standardized test development (ACT experience preferred).
- Exceptional command of English grammar, composition, and academic writing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of relevant academic subject matter (e.g., high school curriculum) is a plus.
