Penn State University Police & Public Safety is recruiting Act 120 Certified Police Officers to protect and serve a large campus community across Pennsylvania. Selected officers will enforce laws, contribute to public safety, and engage with students, staff, and visitors while upholding high standards of integrity and service.

The role requires MPOETC Act 120 certification, completion of medical and psychological screenings, and a background check.

Qualifications

• Act 120 certification is required for employment.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to provide credible testimony in court hearings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and respect constitutional rights.

Responsabilités

• Patrol and protect life and property; ensure public safety.
