Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation seeks skilled operators to set up and run automatic and semi-automatic machines in a continuous production environment. You will monitor gauges, temperatures, and pressures to ensure adherence to specs and follow SOPs and drawings throughout the manufacturing process.

The role involves installing, wiring, and calibrating components, repairing equipment, and assembling sub-assemblies using various tools. Regular attendance is required.

Job Description

Sets up and operates automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Follows engineering drawings, work order information, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process. Installs, modifies, moves, troubleshoots, repairs and dismantles machinery and equipment according to requisition established documentation (e.g., SOPs), layout plans, blueprints or other drawings. Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make sub-assemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment. Includes Machine Operator, Process Operations, Product Assembly, and Production Technician roles.

Target Market Salary Range

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans. For Field Sales roles, the salary range listed reflects base pay only and does not include incentive pay opportunities under the applicable sales compensation plan $21.10 - $25.80 per hour.
