Gen-X Renovations is seeking an Acrylic Bath Installer to lead professional installation of bath and shower systems in Covington, LA and surrounding areas. You will deliver high-quality craftsmanship and an outstanding customer experience while following company standards.

Responsibilities include completing remodels quickly, performing carpentry tasks, maintaining tools and vehicles, and educating homeowners on bath care. A strong attention to detail and safety mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry, remodeling, or in-home renovation experience.
• Ability to accurately take measurements using a tape measure, level, and square.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Experience using power tools, drills, jigsaws, and other construction equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodeling projects, often in as little as one day.
• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction tasks.
• Follow company installation standards and procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction on every project.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers.
• Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the installation.
• Educate homeowners on the care and maintenance of their new bath system.
• Complete required paperwork and submit installation photos.
• Stock and maintain installation vehicles, tools, and materials.
• Work safely and efficiently while meeting quality standards.
