Gen-X Renovations is hiring an Acrylic Bath Installer to lead professional bath/shower system installations with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will manage full remodeling projects, follow installation standards, and educate homeowners on care and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, remodeling, or in-home renovation experience.
• Ability to accurately take measurements using a tape measure, level, and combination square.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Experience using power tools, including drills, jigsaws, and other construction equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodeling projects, often in as little as one day
• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction tasks
• Follow company installation standards and procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction on every project
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers
• Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the installation
• Educate homeowners on the care and maintenance of their new bath system
• Complete required paperwork and submit installation photos
• Stock and maintain installation vehicles, tools, and materials
• Work safely and efficiently while meeting quality standards
