Oakstone Kitchen and Bath is seeking skilled Acrylic Bath Installers to support our Nashville market. This 1099 independent contractor position is in-person, with earnings ranging per job based on scope and complexity.

Installations are typically completed quickly in residential settings. Candidates should have carpentry or remodeling experience, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry, trim work, or home remodeling experience.
• Experience with bath or shower installation preferred.
• Ability to take accurate measurements (tape measure, level, square).
• Skilled with power tools (drills, saws, etc.).
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes.
• Complete bathroom remodels efficiently (often in one day).
• Follow company installation processes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the project.
• Educate homeowners on product care and maintenance.
• Capture and submit job photos and required documentation.
• Maintain tools, materials, and work vehicle.
