The role requires measuring, cutting, and installing materials, using power and hand tools, and coordinating with homeowners. Applicants should have remodeling or carpentry experience, be dependable, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, construction, or home improvement.
• Comfortable using drills, saws, levels, and other tools.
• Able to read measurements and work accurately.
• Basic plumbing experience is a plus.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems.
• Complete bathroom remodels, including one‑day installations.
• Perform carpentry, trim, and finish work.
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately.
• Use power tools and hand tools daily.
• Make sure every job is completed correctly and professionally.
• Keep the work area clean and protect the customer’s home.
• Communicate with homeowners during the installation.
• Take job photos and complete basic paperwork.
• Maintain tools and installation vehicle.
