Position Overview

As an Acquisitions Manager, you'll work with colleges and universities in your territory to identify business opportunities, interview professors, and persuade author candidates to join our team. This remote role involves 8 weeks of overnight travel each semester and requires previous sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and schedule your week proactively via emails and calls.
2. Conduct meetings to identify and recruit college professors as authors.
3. Utilize campus visits efficiently for additional outreach.
4. Maintain detailed notes and next steps in CRM for all interactions.
