Our client, a top tier Private Equity/Real Estate Firm in New York, seeks an Acquisition Analyst with 1+ year of Real Estate experience to gain end-to-end deal exposure from due diligence to closing.

Responsibilities include detailed due diligence, financial modeling, investment research and presenting findings to the Investment Committee, with collaboration across Compliance, Legal and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Real Estate experience required.
• 1+ years of professional experience mandatory.
• ARGUS modeling experience required.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities.
• Review company financials, perform attribution analysis, build detailed models.
• Present due diligence findings and recommendations to Investment Committee.
• Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing with senior management/board.
• Prepare investor communications, including financial forecasts and estimates.
• Support acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and Marketing teams.
• Oversee back-testing of investment analyses and cash-flow forecasts.

Our client is a top tier Private Equity/Real Estate Firm seeking to add a highly motivated Acquisition Analyst to join their growing team . This opportunity is very well suited for a 1+ year professional who has passion for Real Estate Investing and is looking for end to end deal exposure. The ideal candidate will be gain valuable exposure with respect to Real Estate Acquisitions including but not limited to research valuations/due diligence, investment research/pitch presentation, financial modeling and underwriting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities
• Review of company financials performance, attribution analysis, financial review, and creation of detailed models.
• Present due diligence/potential risks/ and make recommendations to Investment Committee
• Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of Directors
• Prepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimates
• Support potential acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis
• Work with Compliance, Legal and Marketing Teams
• Oversee back-testing of investments analytical framework and cash-flow forecasts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ years Real Estate experience Credit or Debt/Investment Banking/Asset Management/Research or applicable (Private Equity/Real Estate/Banking)
• 1+ years of professional experience mandatory
• Top Academic pedigree
• Corporate Development/M&A/Transaction Advisory
• Advanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
• ARGUS Modeling experience required
