Job summary

OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking a Senior Acquisition Support Analyst to support USSF and SSC programs through acquisition support, program integration, business operations, and leadership coordination in a fast-paced mission environment. This role involves managing taskers, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of briefings and reports to senior leadership.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7+ years of DoD acquisition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Program Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of DoD acquisition, program management, or acquisition support experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and business operations.
• Proficiency in MS 365, SharePoint, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage taskers, leadership actions, schedules, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support acquisition documentation review and compliance with DoD policies.
• Build and maintain SharePoint/MS Teams collaboration platforms.
• Prepare briefings, RFIs, strategic communications, and executive reports.
• Coordinate PMRs, meetings, offsites, and leadership events.
• Track action items, deliverables, and organizational reporting requirements.
• Support process improvement, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives.

Position Title: Acquisition Support Analyst

Location: El Segundo, CA

Clearance: Active TS/SCI required

U.S. Citizenship required OMNI is seeking a Senior Acquisition Support Analyst to support U.S. Space Force (USSF) and Space Systems Command (SSC) programs through acquisition support, program integration, business operations, and leadership coordination. This role supports high-visibility acquisition activities, strategic communications, and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced mission environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage taskers, leadership actions, schedules, and stakeholder coordination
• Support acquisition documentation review and compliance with DoD policies
• Build and maintain SharePoint/MS Teams collaboration platforms
• Prepare briefings, RFIs, strategic communications, and executive reports
• Coordinate PMRs, meetings, offsites, and leadership events
• Track action items, deliverables, and organizational reporting requirements

Job requirements
