Job Description

AECOM is seeking an Acquisition Support Analyst based in Sacramento, CA. This position is open to remote work.

Job Summary: The Acquisition Support Analyst supports all areas of the Real Property Branch, including acquisitions, relocations, condemnation, and property management. The primary focus is on processing payment requests, data entry, records management, and document review.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Perform general office duties using Microsoft Office applications, including typing, mail handling, document preparation, and records management.
  2. Review and analyze claims invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, facilitating review and approval processes.
  3. Evaluate and make recommendations based on data to ensure invoice services comply with laws, policies, and standards.
  4. Support staff in tracking and managing payment processes related to acquisitions, relocations, property management, and condemnation.
  5. Process and track checks, ensuring vendors and consultants receive payments.
  6. Coordinate payment processes with accounting, legal departments, and consultants.
  7. Enter claims and check information into systems, scan, and upload documents into SharePoint.
Minimum Requirements
  • BA/BS degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of real estate and accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database entry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop trust with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate initiative and accountability.
  • Knowledge of real estate and accounting; Notary Public preferred.
