Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a seasoned Acquisition Support professional to provide senior-level support for hardware, software, and services procurements. You will lead acquisition packages, BOMs, and justifications, tracking ISS contracting actions and delivering monthly posture reports from Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH.

Requirements include a bachelor's in a related field, 8+ years in acquisition/procurement, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance; DAWIA/DAU

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Acquisition, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in acquisition, procurement, or contracts administration, preferably in IT or systems-related domains.
• Experience supporting hardware, software, and services procurements in a government or defense setting.
• Familiarity with acquisition documentation, justification requirements, and approval workflows.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent acquisition actions.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

• Produce the monthly ISS Acquisition Posture Report documenting progress on contracting actions.

Apogee Engineering is looking for a highly capable candidate forAcquisition Support able to provide senior-level acquisition support to technical leads for hardware, software, and services procurements. Leads preparation of acquisition packages, bills of material, and justifications, and tracks progress of ISS-related contracting actions.

• Experience with cost estimation and vendor quote evaluation for COTS and custom solutions.
