ACACI International Inc. is seeking a seasoned Acquisition SME/Business Systems Analyst to support government IT operations and Momentum Financials implementations. The role demands 10+ years as a Senior BA in acquisitions, with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required and ability to pass a Tier 2 MBI background investigation.
• 5+ years of experience with Momentum Financials front-end and preferably database or federal acquisitions experience.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business needs and translate into detailed functional requirements for Momentum Financials and Acquisitions enhancements, integrations, and production support.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, including gap analyses and recommendations.
• Collaborate with government to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Support system configuration, testing, validation, and execution activities.
• Experience supporting Momentum enhancements and defect tracking and fixes or other Acquisition solutions.
• Perform impact analyses for proposed system changes, releases, and patches.
• Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing system behavior and coordinating with technical teams to identify root causes and solutions.
• Ensure deliverables comply with project standards and governance.
• Provide status updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and identify opportunities to optimize functionality and reporting.
• Able to lead teams and engage with stakeholders.

The Opportunity:

CACI is hiring a Federal Acquisition Subject Matter Expert to support our government agency’s IT operations. Applicants must have prior work experience working on Momentum Financials or federal acquisitions. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills and a desire to enhance those skills in a challenging, high visibility environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

• US citizenship with ability to pass a Tier 2 MBI background investigation
• 5+ years of experience working with the Momentum Financials front-end and preferably database or experience with federal acquisitions
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems
• Handles multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines efficiently and effectively
• Flexibility to put in hours needed to meet tight deadlines

Desired:

• Experience working in a government environment
• Prior Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
