Job summary

02 CACI, INC.-FEDERAL is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will act as a top technical expert supporting enterprise level technical infrastructure. You will study needs, coordinate subsystem design, and resolve deficiencies to ensure cohesive system performance.

Required qualifications include a CPA, a BA/BS or equivalent with 7+ years of experience, deep GAAP knowledge, USSGL, GAAS/GAS or GAGAS, FAM concepts, and Agile experience.

Qualifications

• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with USSGL, GAAS/GAS or GAGAS.
• Experience with FAM concepts and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and resolve momentum financial reports and lead teams.
• Ability to train team members and engage with stakeholders.

The Opportunity:

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will function as a top technical expert supporting enterprise level technical infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Studies and analyzes system needs, development approaches, process workflows, and opportunities for redesign or re-engineering.
• Coordinates subsystem design and integration activities to ensure cohesive system performance.
• Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies and develops frameworks for integrating and implementing changes to technical standards.
• Assists in establishing and managing architecture governance processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and long-term sustainability of technical solutions.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 7 years of related work experience
• Advanced understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts
• Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Comprehensive knowledge of OMB Circular A 136 Financial Reporting, OMB bulletins, and circulars
• Extensive knowledge of the U.S. Standard General Ledger (USSGL)
• In depth knowledge of Treasury reports such as GTAS, DATA Act, and SF 133
• Experience with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Government Auditing Standards(GAS), or GAGAS / Yellow Book.
• Familiarity with Financial Audit Manual (FAM) concepts
• Thorough knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies; experience working in an Agile environment
• Ability to analyze, resolve, configure, and reconcile Momentum Financial reports
• Able to lead team, train team members, and engage with stakeholders
• May have practical knowledge of project management

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
