A. Specialized Experience

• Develop and initiates planning efforts for total acquisition planning. Incumbent responsibilities include developing a requirements definition or statement of need, conducting market research to determine availability of commercial competition.
• Collaborates internally and externally regarding acquisition planning and procurement projects.
• Conduct meetings with Acquisition Project Officers, managers and key stakeholders to provide project status and follow up.
• Prepares, revises, and/or updates required program life cycle products and documents, including the coordination, review and archiving of all acquisition documentation.
