Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• DAWIA Program Management Practitioner certification within 4 years of acceptance.
• Top Secret security clearance required and maintained per government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops milestone artifacts and aligns work with the SPM's goals and acquisition requirements.
• Monitors contractor performance against SOW and technical baseline.
• Incorporates software best practices into program management.
• Manages and analyzes the program schedule to identify critical paths and risks.
• Uses EVM metrics (CPI, SPI, TCPI) to assess cost/schedule performance and implement corrective actions.
• Creates joint contractor and program office processes for performance tracking and execution.
• Integrates acquisition strategies and schedules across IPTs and mission areas.
• Aggregates data for product IPTs to support executive decision making.
• Facilitates data-driven decisions for software-heavy functions with leadership and stakeholders.
