Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Acquisition Integration professional to lead the procure-to-pay integration for Cisco’s acquired companies.

You will plan, execute, and synchronize spend, suppliers, and processes to enable a smooth transition into Cisco’s procurement tools. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and acquired company leads, you will define value-based outcomes, ensure policy compliance, and drive training, change management, and process improvements during the initial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, legal, or customer success.
• Experience in Acquisition Integration or Divestitures is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, work ethic and proactive attitude.
• AI literacy with understanding of its application in operations, decision-making and strategy.
• Understanding of AI experience layer including BOTS, RPA, Agentic AI to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build models from large data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead procure-to-pay integration for acquired companies across Cisco processes.
• Plan, execute and monitor integration of spend and suppliers into Cisco tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and acquired company leads to complete vetting and enrollment.
• Define training needs and develop materials for acquired personnel on policies and best practices.
• Provide recommendations on procurement issues, plans, reports, and metrics.
