Job summary

IONOS Group in Center City Philadelphia is seeking a senior growth marketer to own US CAC and new-customer inflow. You'll oversee the entire journey from creative to conversion, including channels, landing pages, offers, and measurement, while scaling untapped channels like TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and podcasts.

You'll work hands-on as a builder and buyer, coach two early-career teammates, and collaborate with central teams in Germany to move fast, iterate in the open, and leverage AI-first

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in performance/growth marketing, ideally D2C/eCommerce or affiliates.
• Ownership mentality: budgeted like personal money and outcomes.
• AI-first approach using LLMs and generative tools to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own CAC and inflow, and drive end-to-end funnel from creative to conversion.
• Launch and scale new channels with disciplined tests and quick loops.
• Develop an AI-first production and analysis engine for daily optimization.
• Collaborate with central teams and cross-country partners to align on goals.
