Overview
We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented, with a track record of exceeding goals and a desire to advance their career.
Responsibilities
- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Call inbound leads
- Complete 10+ qualified offers weekly
- Plan on 2+ executed contracts per week with a 20%+ offer-to-contract rate
- Update the CRM and work with existing leads in the CRM
- Keep KPIs up to date
- Maintain clear communication on customer handoff to the dispositions team
- Attend internal and external sales coaching for continuous improvement
- Create win-win solutions for us and the customer; be prepared to walk away if it is not a win for either party
Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong phone skills to set and close appointments
- 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related experience highly desired
- Enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality
- 1+ years of experience as a real estate acquisitions specialist, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desirable
- 2+ years in a sales role (high-ticket sales, software sales, real estate sales/acquisitions)
- Confident and able to work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to relate to diverse clients
- Ability to follow the established process and seek feedback
Compensation
Compensation: $100,000+ per year
