Job summary

KaiHonua, LLC is seeking an Acquisition Management Support III in San Diego, CA. The role supports PMW 120 and DoD acquisition programs, providing analytical and administrative support across the acquisition lifecycle.

The candidate will work with government program managers, contracting officers, financial managers, and technical teams to ensure compliance with DoD, DON, and PEO C4I directives, delivering timely, compliant documentation and milestones.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience supporting DoD or Navy preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Acquisition Management, Program Management or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical reviews and maintain acquisition milestone documentation.
• Implement and maintain a Risk Management Program.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and product visuals for projects.
• Monitor performance against plans to meet cost, schedule, and performance.
• Coordinate with contracting offices to support solicitation development and contract actions.
• Track procurement actions through the acquisition lifecycle.
• Maintain contract action trackers and status reports.
