Red Tail Residential in Port Orchard, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for The Clubhouse to join our full-time on-site team. The role focuses on inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repairs for newly acquired properties and equipment to meet safety and operational standards.

You will work with acquisition teams, project managers and vendors to plan maintenance, document activities, and ensure assets integrate into our CMMS workflows.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably involving acquisitions.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to acquisition sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of newly acquired facilities and equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and structural systems during the acquisition process.
• Collaborate with acquisition teams to develop maintenance plans and timelines that align with project goals and operational requirements.
• Document all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts replacements, ensuring accurate records for compliance and future reference.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when specialized repairs or services are required.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the integration of new assets into existing maintenance management systems and workflows.
• Provide technical support and recommendations to acquisition and operations teams regarding asset condition and lifecycle management.
