Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related experience required.
• Broad general accounting knowledge with FASB and GAAP regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of the insurance brokerage business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing, client-focused acquisition integrations team.
• Develop and execute integration plans with clear milestones and timelines.
• Collaborate across accounting, business units, carriers, brokers, and partners.
• Oversee deliverables, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive changes in processes and controls; train transactional teams.
