The role emphasizes leadership, change management, and delivering client-focused results by aligning banking, cash application, payables, billing, and commissions with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related experience.
• FASB and GAAP regulations knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge of the insurance brokerage business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing, client-focused acquisition integrations team.
• Define integration milestones, timelines, and resource requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery of integration deliverables with quality standards.
• Align transactional accounting functions with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with NAC teams and external partners to ensure proper controls.
