Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC in Warner Robins, GA, is seeking an Acquisition Contracting Support Journeyman to provide contracting and acquisition support for DoD weapon systems. The role involves price/cost evaluation, contract close-out, data analysis, and training administration in line with DoD policies.

The position is on-site at Warner Robins AFB with infrequent travel. A Bachelor's or Master's degree with DoD experience is preferred; a DAU/DAWIA credential is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with DoD experience, or high school diploma/GED with 5 years of DoD experience and 7 years total experience.
• Experience with DoD weapon systems and contract data analysis.
• Familiarity with UCA, MTA, MCA, Software Acquisition, and Acquisition of Services.

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking an Acquisition Contracting Support Journeyman to provide contracting and acquisition support through the analysis of contract data in support of Life Cycle Management (LCM) activities for weapon systems. The successful candidate will support price and cost evaluations, contract closeout activities, data collection and analysis, administrative operations, and training associated with contract activities. All duties will be performed in accordance with the Headquarters AFMC/PK memorandum titled “Outsourcing of Contracting,” dated March 1, 2022. This position requires experience with Defense Acquisition System processes and the ability to support contracting activities within established DoD acquisition policies, procedures, and program requirements.

Note: This position is on-site at Warner Robins AFB, GA

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Price/Cost evaluation support (note: Contractor shall not participate in any negotiations).
• Contract close-out activities.
• Clerical/administrative/office operations support.
• Administering training associated with contract activities.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to support Defense Acquisition System processes, including UCA, MTA, MCA, Software Acquisition, and Acquisition of Services.

Nice to Have Skills

• Professional Contracting Qualification:
  • Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) and/or Contracting Professional from the National Contract Management Association, or
  • Holds a DAWIA certification as a Certified Defense Acquisition Contracting functional area certification, or
  • Has taken DAU courses CON 1100, CON 1200, CON 1300 and CON 1400 or equivalent.
• Experience supporting Life Cycle Management activities for DoD weapon systems.
• Experience with DoD contract closeout, price/cost evaluation, and contract data analysis.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree with 3 years of DoD experience or high school diploma/GED with 5 years of DoD experience and 7 years of total experience

Travel Requirement:

• Infrequent
