Job summary

The Indian Health Service is seeking an Acquisition Program Support Specialist to provide acquisition support, contract oversight, and guidance on procurement planning, administration, and contractor performance. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, pursuant to 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).

Duty location will be based on the hire location; no option for remote or telework is available. The selectee will report to the designated duty station and must meet education and accreditation

Qualifications

• Familiarity with federal procurement regulations and contract administration.
• Ability to advise program staff on acquisition planning and documentation.
• Experience coordinating procurement activities with contracting offices and vendors.
