We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Analyst to provide strategic support across multiple DoD Program Offices within the Joint Project Manager Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (JPM CBRN) Sensors portfolio. This position is pivotal in managing ACAT II, III, and IV programs, enhancing acquisition strategies, and ensuring compliance with DoD directives. Clearance Required: Secret

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage on-site personnel as a Site Supervisor, ensuring smooth daily operations and acting as a bridge between the contractor team, Contract Manager, and government representatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on Biological Detection Systems, Radiological Nuclear Defense, Reconnaissance and Platform Integration, and Chemical Detection and Mobile Analytics in acquisition, planning, and lifecycle management.
  • Implement acquisition frameworks using the Adaptive Acquisition Framework Pathways from DoDI 5000-series to analyze, plan, and manage program acquisitions.
  • Support evaluation and analysis of acquisition strategies, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and directive requirements to meet milestone reviews.
  • Develop strategies to reengineer business processes across approximately 20 programs for efficiency, cost reduction, and redundancy elimination.
  • Engage with stakeholders including JPEO CBRND Headquarters, HQDA, and external partners to manage requirements, technology transfers, testing, and program support functions.
  • Review and advise on program documentation such as acquisition strategies, baselines, cybersecurity, and master schedules.
  • Provide tailored acquisition and contracting solutions aligned with CBRN Sensor program needs.
  • Assess organizational performance to optimize functional area integration, meet milestones, and support operational capabilities.
  • Develop acquisition roadmaps based on policy analysis to guide future programs.
  • Deliver high-level analyses, strategic recommendations, and presentations to leadership.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, technical, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 12 years in acquisition lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools (Project, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for documentation and communication.
