With a nimble team and entrepreneurial approach, the firm has built a strong track record acquiring value-add and development opportunities across core logistics corridors. They are seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support their continued expansion—an ideal opportunity for a motivated early-career professional looking to grow within a dynamic investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the identification, underwriting, and execution of industrial acquisitions across the Sunbelt region, including both existing assets and development opportunities.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models in Excel, incorporating acquisition, development, and disposition assumptions.
• Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence on target submarkets, tenant demand, and comparable transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos, internal committee materials, and presentations for capital partners.
• Participate in property tours, broker calls, and due diligence efforts alongside senior team members.
• Interface with internal development and asset management teams to ensure seamless handoff and strategic alignment post-acquisition.
• Track deal pipeline activity and support relationship management with brokerage and capital markets contacts.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate investment, investment banking, or a related analytical field, with a preference for exposure to industrial assets.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with a working knowledge of real estate finance concepts including IRR, cash-on-cash returns, and waterfall structures.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional-quality investment materials.
• Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and long-term interest in growing within a principal investment firm.
• Based in Atlanta or willing to relocate.
