Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. is seeking an Acquisition Analyst III to support the CPE Ground Soldier Systems. The role involves developing DOD contracts and acquisition documentation for ACAT II - IV programs, as well as Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs), OTAs/MTAs, and other contracting efforts.

The candidate will work in a collaborative, matrixed environment with military, civilian, and contracted personnel. Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience coordinating with Army Contracting Command or DOD contracting processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases.
• Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command.
• Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans and other acquisition documents including Milestone documentation.
• Lead tasks supporting pre-award contracts, financial management, risk management, total ownership cost determination, and contract coordination.
• Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment.
• Lead and provide oversight of product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations.
