Qualifications

• Exceptional written and oral skills
• Preferred: Familiarity and experience with the Navy's processes for ship modernization and management of Government-furnished equipment (GFE)

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition support to IWS 6 within the Command and Control Program Office.
• Track resources for installation and integration of IWS 6 systems on Navy ships.
• Support both new construction and modernization efforts.
• Prepare, execute, and follow up large meetings and briefings.
• Coordinate with government and contractor teams as needed.

Job Description:

Incumbent will provide acquisition support to IWS 6, the Command and Control Program Office within the PEO for Integrated Warfare Systems. Specific responsibilities include tracking resources associated with the installation and integration of IWS 6 systems aboard Navy ship platforms, either as part of new construction or as part of modernization efforts.
