The Position:

Censeo Consulting Group is seeking Acquisition Analysts at multiple experience levels to support the General Services Administration (GSA) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) organization through the Contracted Enterprise Support (ACES) program. Acquisition Analysts will provide research, analysis, documentation, and acquisition support throughout the federal acquisition lifecycle. In this role, you will work with acquisition, contracting, program, technical, financial, and other stakeholders to analyze requirements, conduct market research, develop acquisition documentation, monitor procurement activities, and provide the information and analysis needed to support informed acquisition decisions. This position is ideal for analytical, detail-oriented professionals who understand federal acquisition and can translate complex requirements, market information, and acquisition data into clear documentation, findings, and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to support federal acquisition planning and execution.
  • Perform market research to identify vendors, capabilities, acquisition approaches, contract vehicles, and relevant market information.
  • Collect, organize, validate, and analyze acquisition, procurement, program, financial, and performance information.
  • Support the development of acquisition strategies, acquisition plans, market research documentation, and other procurement materials.
  • Analyze requirements and assist with developing acquisition documentation and supporting materials.
  • Research and evaluate acquisition approaches, procurement alternatives, and other information needed to support acquisition decisions.
  • Develop and maintain acquisition schedules, trackers, reports, data sets, and analytical tools.
  • Monitor acquisition activities, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and outstanding actions.
  • Support solicitation development, evaluation activities, award documentation, and other acquisition lifecycle activities as assigned.
  • Review acquisition packages and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and readiness for review.
  • Analyze acquisition and program information to identify trends, gaps, risks, or issues requiring stakeholder attention.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, data summaries, and recommendations for government stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with acquisition, contracting, program, technical, financial, and other functional stakeholders.
  • Support efforts to improve acquisition processes, documentation, reporting, performance, and workflows.
  • Support multiple acquisition activities and priorities in a deadline-driven federal environment.
