Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States is seeking a Senior Acoustics Systems Acquisition & Sustainment Logistics Analyst to lead logistics modernization for Navy programs, delivering data-driven strategies and end-to-end lifecycle support.

You will manage a team, coordinate with DoD stakeholders, ensure RAM/HSI considerations, and apply acquisition and program management practices to improve fleet readiness and mission assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to analyze the development and implementation of modernization and logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory of finished products to enhance product flow and improve Fleet use while delivering end-to-end integrated warfighting capabilities.
• Coordinate multi-project efforts and timelines, engaging with Navy and Booz Allen stakeholders to improve communication and workflow.
• Apply acquisition, program management, and logistics expertise to support Navy modernization initiatives and sustainment
• Ensure security posture and adherence to DoD policies throughout the program lifecycle

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with acquisition or sustainment logistics
• 4+ years of experience with product support management functions, including acquisition support, supply support and outfitting, maintenance and readiness support, lifecycle solutions, Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability ( RAM ) program management and analysis, and Human Systems Integration ( HSI ) analysis or training
• Experience with DoD logistics as Active duty and NAVSEA Program Office support staff
• Secret clearance
• Associate’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with program management of major ACAT programs
• Experience with the PPBE cycle
• Experience with the Navy Modernization Process ( NMP )
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field preferred ; Master’s degree in an analytical field a plus
• PMP or DAWIA Basic or Advanced Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
