Job summary

Tech Wizards, Inc. seeks an experienced Baseline 9 Navy ACNT trainer to deliver classroom and lab instruction to fleet sailors at Aegis Training and Readiness Center in Dahlgren, VA.

The instructor will develop, test and deliver training programs, teach approved content, assess trainee performance and maintain curriculum materials in line with NAVEDTRA 135 requirements. An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in a Navy training environment or maintenance supervision with instructional duties.
• Instructor experience in Navy training settings and curriculum maintenance.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, organizes and conducts classroom and lab training for Fleet ACNT technicians on Baseline 9C.
• Develops, tests, maintains and delivers training programs and materials.
• Teaches approved course content and objectives.
• Assesses trainee performance and provides improvement recommendations.
