Job summary

Architectural Fabrication, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an ACM Construction Foreman to lead a crew installing ACM, metal wall paneling, awnings and other facade products. You will ensure safe, efficient project execution in line with drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing field measurements, coordinating installations across Texas (with overnight travel), and training new installers while maintaining equipment and upholding company culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years foreman leadership experience installing ACM and metal panels.
• Experience reading blueprints and shop drawings.
• Travel to project sites across Texas with overnight stays.
• Proficiency with hand tools, punches, rivet guns.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to travel out of town and out of state with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of ACM, metal wall paneling, awnings and canopies.
• Read blueprints and shop drawings to plan steps.
• Perform field measurements on job sites.
• Travel to Texas sites with overnight stays.
• Coordinate and manage installation projects.
• Train new installers and other foremen.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety.
• Communicate with installers, clients, and contractors.
