Piedmont Atlanta Hospital seeks qualified personnel to transport patients to and from procedure areas, including those requiring ACLS personnel. You will assist with prep, cleaning, and sterile tray preparation, while supporting cardiovascular care during procedures and sedation for adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of cardiac/acute care experience, and BCLS/ACLS certifications with EMT/AEMT/EMT-P as applicable within set timelines.

Transporting patients to and from procedure areas including patients that must be accompanied by ACLS personnel. Performing the following tasks: hemostasing arterial/venous puncture sites, prepping patients, cleaning instruments/rooms, preparing sterile trays, working with materials and supplies. Assisting with the day-to-day activities necessary to increase the overall efficiency of the lab. Providing direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures and sedation for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
