Job summary

The Torrance Memorial Medical Center is seeking a skilled Staff RN to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process within a telemetry-focused unit. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

You will deliver age-appropriate care, monitor vital signs and ECG readings, administer medications safely and educate patients and families while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California.
• 1 year telemetry experience.
• ACLS certification required.
• Strong communication with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess patient history, physiological and psychosocial status.
• Monitor and interpret ECG/Telemetry data.
• Educate patients and families about their care and treatment.
• Maintain infection prevention and safety protocols.
