Milwaukee Precision Casting is hiring a full-time front office specialist in Milwaukee, WI. You will handle PO reviews, enter orders, respond to customer inquiries, and support engineering, sales, and production teams to keep orders moving.

Responsibilities

• Receives purchase orders from customers and initiates PO review process.
• Prints and collates production documents for new order packets.
• Manages new orders in review and on hold with engineering, sales, and production teams.
• Handles customer inquiries on purchase orders and provides timely information.
• Answers front office phones and delivers high level customer service.
• Files documents and maintains orderly records.
• Enters credits in QuickBooks and creates new tooling orders.
• Adds new customers and can run credit references if needed.

Starting pay of $18 per hour with the potential for an increase once fully trained.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receives purchase orders from customers and initiates PO review process.
• Prints and collates production documents for new order packets.
• Manages new orders in review as well as orders on hold, working closely with engineering, sales, and production to keep review process moving with logged traceability in New Orders spreadsheet.
• Manages customer inquiries on PO’s, working with engineering, sales, and production as needed to get information back to the customer in a timely manner.
• Answers phones in the front office and provides a high level of customer service.
• Files documents.
• Enters credits in QuickBooks.
• Enters new tooling orders.
• Enters new customers and can run credit references for customers if needed.
• Any other duties assigned.
