The Store Manager plays a crucial role in the daily operations of retail partner stores. Responsible for managing all activities within an assigned store, the Store Manager aims to maximize revenue and profits through efficient management, including staff training and development. The role involves meeting sales goals and improving processes to increase store sales, performed at one of our retail partner store locations.
The position offers a salary in accordance with Acima's payroll procedures, ranging from $42,000 to $46,000 annually. Bonuses and incentives may be available, contingent upon employment status and plan requirements.
This is a full-time role with varied hours, including evenings and weekends. The physical role involves standing, walking, and other active movements throughout the day.
