Acima is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager in Mount Juliet, TN. The role reports to the Store Manager and supports account management, sales, and customer service while coordinating with Acima partner stores to process applications and convert them into Acima credit.

You will educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and help drive conversions, assisting with daily store operations. The position offers hourly pay, evenings and weekends flexibility, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Assistant Manager role collaborates and communicates with Acima retail partners to process credit turn down applications and web orders and convert them into Acima credit customers. In addition, the Assistant Store Manager reviews lease applications, promotes and sells Acima's leasing benefits to customers, and drive conversions. The days and hours of operation are Monday through Sunday.
