The Role

The Assistant Manager-PT reports to the Store Manager and assists with account management and sales activities while providing excellent customer service. The role involves collaborating with Acima retail partners to process credit applications, promote leasing benefits, and convert applications into credit customers. This position is based in one of our retail partner store locations.

Compensation

The position is paid hourly, with a range of $14.45-$16.49/hr, in accordance with Acima's payroll procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins
• Identifying and fulfilling customer needs promptly
• Educating customers about Lease-To-Own terms, payments, benefits, and the application process
• Closing sales by converting applications from in-store and web channels
• Collaborating with partner stores on operations
• Reporting to the Store Manager on activities and performance

Customer Service

• Building partnerships with retail staff to generate referrals and educate customers
• Addressing and resolving customer issues promptly
• Promoting a positive work environment to retain coworkers

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
• Familiarity with rental or leasing practices is a plus
• Organized with good time-management skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Consistent in-person attendance
