The Assistant Manager-PT reports to the Store Manager and assists with account management and sales activities while providing excellent customer service. The role involves collaborating with Acima retail partners to process credit applications and web orders, converting them into credit customers. The Assistant Store Manager reviews lease applications, promotes leasing benefits, and drives conversions. This position is based in one of our retail partner store locations.
The position is paid hourly, with a range of $14.45-$16.49/hr, in accordance with Acima's payroll procedures.
This is a part-time role with variable hours, including evenings and weekends, across Monday to Sunday.
The role requires talking, listening, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing as needed throughout the day.
