The Assistant Manager reports to the Store Manager and assists in account management and sales activities, providing excellent customer service. The role involves collaborating with Acima retail partners to process credit applications, promote leasing benefits, and convert applications into credit customers. This position is based in one of our retail partner store locations.
The position is paid hourly, with potential bonuses/incentives based on performance, paid monthly. The hourly rate ranges from $14.00 to $16.00, plus bonuses if applicable.
This full-time role involves working days that vary, including evenings and weekends. The job requires standing, walking, bending, and other physical activities throughout the day.
