Cudd Pressure Control, LLC is seeking a Full-time Operator to perform advanced hydraulic fracturing operations across the Odessa, TX area. The role involves pre-job prep, mobilization, rig up, on-site work, maintenance, safety, and post-job inventories to ensure quality service and compliance with company standards.

The candidate will participate in ongoing safety trainings, contribute to environmental assurance efforts, and may cross-train at other Districts to gain broader field experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced hydraulic fracturing operations and related functions for designated District.
• Assists in pre-job preparation, mobilization, rig up, on site operations, rig down, on-site maintenance, safety, environmental assurance, de-mobilization, post job inventories and maintenance.
• Ensures equipment is properly functioning and all procedures and tests are conducted in compliance with company standards.
• Champions the company's H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as needed.
• Cross-trains at other Districts to gain required experience and training.
• Follows supervisor guidance concerning all Frac related operations.
• Attends all required safety meetings on-site.
• Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor as necessary.
• Performs safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.
