Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a Product Consultant with hands-on experience in ACI MTS implementations and payment modernization. The role focuses on leading implementations and aligning business requirements with MTS capabilities.

You will coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare, while collaborating with stakeholders, architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful production readiness and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ACI MTS implementations.
• Strong understanding of payment processing and modernization.
• Experience delivering multiple MTS implementations from initiation through production.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end ACI MTS implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and map them to MTS product capabilities.
• Support solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Develop implementation plans, migration strategies, and risk mitigation approaches.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and drive timely resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, implementation plans, and operational documentation.
• Provide MTS implementation expertise and best practices.
