Job summary

The position requires a clean driving record, a valid Ohio CDL-B license, and at least three years of relevant delivery experience, with onsite work and adherence to all driving laws. Part-time, 0.6 FTE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of supplies with the Pharmacist, Hospital Coordinators, Staff Nurses, and Patient Families.
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and equipment to meet patient needs.
• Ensure that supplies and equipment orders are delivered in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
• Maintain the delivery van in good working order and obeys all applicable driving laws while driving the van.
• Other duties as required.

The ACHP Mobile Driver typically operates a vehicle to transport medical supplies, and/or healthcare professionals while coordinating the delivery of patient supplies with the Pharmacist, Hospital Coordinators, Staff Nurses and Patient Families. Their role is essential in ensuring that individuals who need medical care have reliable supplies and equipment.

Technical Expertise

• An excellent driving record is required.
• Travel and a valid Ohio driver's license is required.
• Experience working with all levels of the organization is preferred.
• Experience in health care preferred.

Education and Experience
